Conversation: NWN 1 style vs NWN2 style

Okay I'm back and here's a chance to have an effect on the developement of Azaria's Hope!

So feel free to leave an opinion in either the poll I'll be setting up or here on the blog itself.

The fun of insomnia...

My one year old is teething. For those of you who don't have the joy of children, this is one of the worst moments in a parent's life, right up there with your daughter wanting to borrow the car or announcing she's bringing her boyfriend home to meet you.

I have insomnia troubles anyway, and amazingly Nyquil (which I took for my sinus headache in hopes of getting some sleep) didn't work... Green Death Flavor! You failed me!

On the upside, I somehow managed to get the Mystran Enclave (which is the prefab wizard mansion created by C.M. Clark from his Western Heartlands Prefab pack http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=NWN2PrefabAreas.Detail&id=174) and Haven village all linked up, and South Bridge Village Graveyard will soon be completed and ready for its new occupants. Which brings the total exteriors finished or at least nearly so to 3 out of 8.

Area creation is actually starting to come a lot easier to me (I remember a lot of people saying externals had a steeper learning curve due to not being tile set).

Here's hoping I have time and energy to have all the externals done by the end of the week. A Nice Easter surprise.
